A Pupillage at Lance Mason is fashioned in a manner which ensures that the pupil develops the necessary skills required for their career as a barrister, whilst simultaneously ensuring that the core elements of training provided via the Lance Mason Training Academy are also fulfilled.
Lance Mason invites applications for a 12 month mixed pupillage which encompasses all areas of law which we specialise in, including: Corporate/Commercial, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Costs. This provides pupils with an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide array of different areas of the law, hence, moulding them into well-rounded barristers with a comprehensive understanding of the law. Lance Mason seek to take on pupils with a view to continued employment within the business as part of the In-House Advocacy Team.
Lance Mason’s minimum requirements are that the pupil is expected to have achieved at least a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree (this does not have to be in Law) and a Very Competent grade in their BPTC/BVC Course.
